    Very scarce with just 4,543 minted and 60-80 known survivors. The quality standards were poor off the press plus the issue saw heavy circulation. As a result most known coins are well circulated and heavily abraded. There are no known mint state coins. This high-end VF is a pleasing example without the heavy abrasions we just referenced. The detail is also strong for the grade.
