    Description

    This antique radio is in fantastic condition. I see no damage, dings or significant scratches. As you can see in the pictures there are two tiny scuffs of the face. It is a portable unit with battery powered capabilities. You actually plug in the battery and then plug the cord into the back of the radio. It is surrounded by a genuine cow hide case that is impeccable! It looks like it is brand new. It still has the shine to it. I believe the model number to this unit is  D-655-123 and it was made in 1955. I did plug the radio in to test it and it does turn on. It gives a bass filled hum, but I can not get any stations to tune in, so I am assuming it needs a tune-up. Other than that it truly looks brand new!
