Antique Victorian Reed & Barton Silverplate Repousse Coin Tray Wine Coaster

Description

Here is a gorgeous, antique silverplate coin tray or wine coaster made by Reed & Barton. It dates from the end of the 19th century, and has hand-hammered repousse floral designs in a Victorian manner.
It is marked on the bottom, 'MF'D & Plated by Reed & Barton 672'.
It measures 5- 1/4 inches in diameter, and has a scalloped gallery rim that is 5/8ths of an inch deep.
This item is in excellent condition, with only some general wear and scuffing consistent with its age and use. The underlying metal does NOT show through anywhere on it.
