CHULIKATTA WARRIOR OF HIMALAYAN MOUNTAINS
This was a small but warlike tribe living  in the foothills on the borders of Nepal and
Tibet, and harrying both Tibetans and Nepalese, particularly the yak caravans carrying
rich merchandise between the two countries across the passes of the Himalayan
Mountains. They used guerilla tactics and their chief weapon was the bow and poisoned
arrows. They were not subdued until the early years of this century.
