Features:
1. The product temperature is uniform, the water circulation is cooled. The temperature is adjustable, light and practical. It saves space and bends the plastic sheet of various materials. If the thickness is more than 6 mm, it can be grooved and then heated and bent or heated by two heaters. Multiple heaters can be combined to heat up multiple bend points at a time.

Instructions for use:
1. Bring a cooling tank (barrel) of more than 30 liters. First connect the warmer main body and the submersible pump with a silicone grease hose, place the submersible pump in the cooling water tank, turn on the water pump power supply, and wait for the water to circulate. (Note: The water temperature of the machine will increase continuously for a long time. Please replace the cold water with the water. The temperature of the circulating water should not drop suddenly. When the water temperature exceeds 50 degrees, the power of the warmer should be cut off in time, and the circulating water should be replaced later. Drink hot water and then add cold water of the corresponding capacity.)
2. Connect the thermostat to the hot bending machine and connect to the 220V mains. Adjust the thermostat controller knob to increase the temperature in the clockwise direction, and vice versa. It should not be rotated too fast during the adjustment to avoid damage to the thermostat. (Note: Slowly adjust the thermostat to the red tube of the heating tube is appropriate, too high temperature will easily lead to damage to the board).
3. When the heating pipe reaches the required temperature, the plastic plate to be hot-bent can be placed on the heating tank, and when the plate is softened until the hand can be folded, the bending can be performed at various angles. The setting time is different. Please determine the setting time according to the actual situation.
