"Franken Can" that is empty with intact pull tabs on the TOP and BOTTOM !!
My opinion is it was a line worker that was goofing around on the line. Rumor has it that it happened all the time. It is empty so that makes total sense to me. No damage to the can and if anything very minor scuffs but nothing that strikes the eye !
