I am selling here my #2 Pines mandrel tube bender. This machine was totally rebuilt in 1997. It will bend up to 3 1/2" x .188 wall mild steel tubing. It has had many upgrades done to it when it was rebuilt. It's hooked up to power and ready for operation now, so if you want to come see it in action, feel free to make an appointment to do so.

This bender has been used to bend roll bars, roll cages, radiator tubes, turbo systems, headers and exhaust, handrails, frames, chassis and suspension components, etc.. This bender is in excellent condition, has had regular maintenance, and works well and will offer years of trouble free operation.

CCW Rotation, 20" max radius capacity,(approx), 15 HP,(7 1/2 hp is standard), 220 3ph, 4 1/2" bend cylinder, Hydraulic mandrel extractor, pressure die assist, Allen Bradley Micrologics Computer Controller,(with new spare computer pre-programmed), digital valves, solid bronze clamp and pressure slides, rolling pedestal console w/ 9 button panel, no leak hydraulic cylinders, adjustable wiper die holder, vibration proof feet, head has been extended, mandrel rods, tool post, 6 station threaded degree wheel w/dual scale for spring back, etc., etc., etc..
This machine will come with lots of extras like adapters for tooling mounts, mandrel rods, wiper holders, key ways, extra hydraulic pump, rebuild kits, etc., etc..

NOTE: I'm only including the mandrels and wiper dies in sizes from 2 1/4" up to 3" in this package. I still have benders that go up to 2 1/8" capacity so I will be keeping those sizes under 2 1/4" unless they are specifically made only for the #2 Pines bender. The dies included in this package will range in size from 5/8" up to 3 1/2". Many of the die sizes are multiple radii of the same tube dia..
I will offer to the buyer and buyer only, free training on this machine and tube bending in general. I am a third generation mandrel tube bender and know what I'm doing. I have a forklift and I can load this machine on your truck or trailer.
