For your consideration we have a Vintage Shamrock Lathe Mill Turning Boring Rotating Locking Quick Change Tool?  I am not positive what this is, but am pretty positive its for a Lathe or Milling Machine.  This is marked Shamrock, but that's the only marking I find on it.  This is heavy duty, it rotates and locks.  It is in good used condition.  Please see pictures for more details and I am happy to answer any questions.  What you see is what you will receive.  Please check out our other listings.
